fix(hack): point the dev Edera config at the kernel in the dev image

The dev Edera config loaded the kernel from \EFI\BOOT\kernel.efi, but
the dev image copies the kernel to \VMLINUZ, so booting with
SPROUT_CONFIG_NAME=edera always failed to read the kernel.
