alex 8447861985 fix(chainload): unload the image if it fails before being started ...

If anything failed between loading the image and starting it, like
reading an initrd, registering the media loader, or setting the load
options, the loaded image was left in memory. Unload it in that case.
Once the image is started, the firmware unloads it when it exits.
